No. Submitting the form is a request. We confirm availability and pickup details by text. We may ask you to reply CONFIRM to lock it in before we begin preparing your order.
Where is pickup?
Pickup is local. We share exact pickup details by text after we confirm your order.
Do you take online payments?
Currently, we offer local pickup and do not accept online payments on the website.
Allergies?
We are not an allergen-free kitchen. Please review our Food Safety page and contact us before ordering if you have a severe allergy.
What if I don’t respond to the confirmation text?
If we don’t receive a response within the timeframe provided, your request may be cancelled so we can keep scheduling fair for everyone.
How far in advance should I order?
We recommend placing your order 2–4 days in advance, especially for weekends or larger orders. Availability can fill up quickly.
Can I request a specific pickup time?
Yes! Let us know your preferred pickup time when ordering. We’ll do our best to accommodate based on availability.
Do you offer custom orders?
Yes! We can sometimes accommodate custom requests depending on the item and schedule. Send us a message with what you’re looking for!
What happens if I need to cancel my order?
Please let us know as soon as possible. Orders that are already being prepared may not be eligible for cancellation.
What if I’m late to pickup?
We understand things happen! Just send us a quick message. If we don’t hear from you, your order may be considered abandoned after a certain time.

At this time, we offer pickup only. Delivery may be possible in the future.
How should I store my desserts?
Most items should be kept refrigerated until ready to enjoy. We’ll let you know if anything has special storage instructions.

Do you make everything fresh?
Yes! All items are made fresh to order in small batches.
Can I place a large or bulk order?
Absolutely! Just reach out ahead of time so we can plan accordingly and make sure everything is ready for you.
