Food quality and safety depend on proper handling after pickup.

After you receive your order

  • Keep items sealed or covered when not serving.
  • Avoid leaving food in a hot car, direct sunlight, or at room temperature for extended periods.
  • Wash hands before serving and use clean utensils.

Storage guide

Cookies / most baked goodsStore sealed at room temperature for best freshness.
FudgeStore sealed in a cool place. Refrigeration can extend freshness.
CobblersRefrigerate leftovers. Reheat before serving if desired.
Dairy-based fillings or toppingsRefrigerate promptly if offered with your item.
Customer responsibility: Once an order is picked up, proper storage and handling becomes the customer’s responsibility.

If you believe there is a problem with your order, contact us as soon as possible so we can document and review the situation.
